Q: How do I request a quote?

A: You may submit a quote request via our web form or via e-mail to orders@fastdigitizing.com.

Q: Once I approve a quote, how long would it take for my order to be completed?

A: Our turnaround is within 24 hours from quote approval.

Q: How do I pay for your services?

A: Once your files are digitized, we will send you a electronic invoice which you can pay online with a credit card.

Q: How do I get my files once payment is made?

A: Once we receive your payment, we will send you the files via e-mail. It is that simple. No need to upload or download anything.

Q: What if the files I received need to be edited?

A: You can send us a request with detailed instructions and we will edit the files and re-send them to you as soon as possible. Please note, we are required to have all information related to each order in writing.

Q: What if after editing the files, I am not satisfied with the results?

A: We will continue to adjust the files until you are satisfied and after 3 attempts we will refund 100% off your money. Please note, refunds are processed by our accounting department via check.
